Me he hecho un madero y le he llamado Belisarius Adare. Me he cogido un piso muy mono en Berlin Alexandria (Impresionante!!!!!!). Me he hecho combatant y en el Tag he puesto EPW (El Pacto Wikan).
Short Translation 4 the Rapides
A very interesting game. I have created a char named Belisarius Adare, a cop that lives in a very nice apartment in Berlin Alexandria (Alexanderplatz in the future XD). In his tag appears EPW (El Pacto Wikan) and his profession is combatant...
Bye!

Buenas
Y si, lo dijo..."let's be careful out there!" amazed XDXD
Un saludo

Os pongo el manual de la policia sobre el q se hace el examen para subir de rango
Default DPI Handbook This handbook contains information all LED should know, on various subjects. =================================================
Factions The factions of Face of Mankind can be divided into three groups, the Global Dominion, the Clans and the Corporations.
The Global Dominion (GD), is the government of FoM, they are not very visible, as it is the Colonial Senate that makes the laws, the following two factions represent them ingame:
Freedom Defence Corps (FDC) The FDC is the militairy wing of the GD and basicly our sister faction. They assist us and friends of the Dominion whenever and wherever they can. Treat them with respect.
Law Enforcement Department (LED) We, the LED, are the police force of the GD. Our main job is to uphold the law and guarantee the safety of the citizens of the GD.
Next, are the clans, neither corporations nor government, these private groups are made up from people with a similar mindset.
Brotherhood of Shadows (BoS) The BoS is an underground organisation whose main mission is to rebel against the Dominion and what it stands for. In recent moves, they have also started to oppose the corporations. However, untill you need to otherwise, treat them as any other civilian
Guardians of Mankind (GoM) Like the BoS, the GoM also oppose to the rule of the GD. Their path however, is not one of violence, their members are diplomats and protesters. Because of their actions and mindset, the Guardians have gained much respect from every faction.
Mercenaries of the Blood (MotB) The MotB, or just plain ‘mercs’ are the well-trained guns-for-hire of FoM. Their faction consists of numerous cells who all hire themselves to the highest bidder. Usually only loyal to only their contractors and their own.
The last three factions are the Corporations, in the end they only have one goal; to make as much profit as possible. To achieve this, they not only mine and produce items, but also wage war over colonies with valuable resources, often hiring mercenaries to fight for them.
Colonisation and Mining Guild (CMG) The CMG have always been a good friend of the Dominion and are generally no threat to any officers or civilians. Please treat any CMG you with respect, which they deserve.
EuroCore (EC) The EC are also decent civilians, don’t bother them when they do their production, buying and selling -buisness on earth. They have a HQ in Paris, Notre Dame
Vortex Inc. (VI) VI owns the Vortex Gates we use daily and in theory could greate manipulate the prices of tickets. Due to the possible pressure from the other factions, this is a highly unlikely scenario though. VI employees are generally well-behaved when on earth, be polite to them.
Badges Since clothes can be changed, and several colours are shared amongst factions, the best and fail-proof way to tell to what faction someone belongs, is through their badge. Below are the badges of the eight factions, study them carefully, your knowledge of them is vital. On to how to distinguish badges and ranks.
LED have a star and a banana shaped piece under it with silver stripes to tell rank, +1. 1 silver stripe is R2. A silver star and 1 silver stripe is R5. FDC have a shiled with lines across it, again +1. 1 line is R2. BOS have a red brick with red squars, +1 again. 1 red square is R2. MOTB have a sword and shield (looks leafish) with white marks along the sides, +1. 1 white mark is R2. GOM have a golden eagle with black stripes along the winges, +1. 1 stripe is R2. AC have a silver disk with red marks along the middle, +1. 1 red mark is R2. AE have a long silver plate with marks along it, +1. 1 mark is R2. EC have a combined EC type thing with black circles, +1. 1 circle is R2. CMG have a bronze swirl with black sections, +1. 1 black section is R2.
General behaviour of officers Here follow some general pointers on how to behave ingame, on duty;
- Don’t be rude. Don’t treat people bad, no matter how much they harass you or others. Stay calm, apply WSWK if needed. Loosing your cool will always make bad situations worse then they already were.
- Never bring too many fellow officers in a tense situation. If you are the superior officer, have them stand-by close to the situation but tell them not to get involved. So many situations can be solved by just a few polite words. Chances of that happening go down drastically with too many people trying to get involved.
- Don’t unholster if there is no reason to do so. People often get wrong impressions, when unholstered police officers come their way.
- When on patrol, walk, don’t run. Not only does it look less professional, you never know when you will need your stamina in combat or pursuit.
- You are a cop, behave like one. Act professional, no spamming, harassing or any of that. Also, no duels while on duty, you will never know when a ruthless criminal comes out of no-where when you are stunned or low on health.
- Don’t loot during battle unless you absolutly need the ammo. Also, share any excess loot you find while travelling in a group. Sparing that clip or chest armour might save your fellow officer’s life, and then, yours aswell.
- Be kind to new players. If for instance their faction is on Arrest on Sight, tell them what’s going on before you rubber them or escort them out. Generally is it always good to tell people what they are doing wrong, if it seems like they don’t know.
- Have fun. If a situation is irritating you just too much, tell a fellow officer there you’re stepping out for a few.
The LED Laws The laws on earth divide each criminal act into one of three groups. Infractions, Misdemeanors or Felonies. For these three types, generally the maximum allowed force is described, a worse case scenario. However, often, less (lethal) force is required then the laws allow. Lethal force is always a last resort
The general accepted way to deal with crimes not involving lethal fire; like unholstering, drug dealing or harassment, is Warn Stun Warn Kill (WSWK).
When you encounter someone committing a crime like that, tell them to stop it, Warn them that you will attempt to arrest them when they continue. Stun them if they do, do this with either the Zanathid with rubber bullets or the Tazer. When they are stunned, attempt to arrest them with ‘i’. If they have no penalty points, and thus cannot be arrested, Warn them again that if they continue, you will be authorized to use lethal force. If they ignore that warning, Kill.
When someone opens lethal fire on you, a fellow officer or a civilian, you have the full right to use lethal force in return (as stated in the laws). However, depending on the numbers and the situation, arresting may be a better option. As mentioned before, always use lethal force as a last resort.
PP Limits Although it is a last resort, it will happen from time to time that you will have to use lethal force and end up killing someone. If you were not on a mission, you will get penalty points. This is unavoidable, but we are still officers of the law, and rolemodels when it comes to following it. Please work of any PP you gain as soon as possible, let a fellow officer arrest you by typing ‘/surrender’.
If you will let your PP build up beyond your PP limit, Internal Affairs will warn you, and fines if you do not turn yourself in. The PP limit for Rank 1 is 5000PP, 3000PP for Constables, and 2000PP for Enforcers and up.
Most Wanteds and Special Warrants MWs are 20 people in the universe with the most penalty points (PP). PP is gained by killing people when not on a mission, or by getting them fined to you by a ranking member of your faction for misconduct. MWs have their name on the security terminals and ‘MOST WANTED’ written above their head, you can’t miss it.
If you encounter a civilian MW, you only have one option, go for the arrest. It doesn’t matter how many friends he has around them or on which colony they are on, arrest by stunning the target with either Rubber bullets or a Tazer and then pressing ‘i’. Be careful though, a Tazer also hurts people, and killing a MW is the last thing you want to do. If you encounter a FDC or LED MW, try to ask them to turn themselves in first, if they refuse, you could arrest them, but if they are busy in a raid-response, please let them do their job and ask them to turn themselves in afterwards.
Opposed to MWs, which is a game mechanism, SW is a status placed by a R4+ officer on a person or cell who repeatedly committed crimes on Earth or DMC. When you see a SW, you are to arrest them on sight, if they have no penalty points, ask them to vortex out, if they refuse you are allowed to use lethal force. Partial SW lists can be found on the LED forums, or are announced on the faction chat. There is no good database in place yet, but atleast you now know what to do with them.
DeMorgans Castle DeMorgans Castle, or DMC, is our prison and only off-world colony. Arrested criminals get sent inside here to work off their penalty points. It is the job of the entire LED, but especially of the DMC-department, to ensure the integrity of the prison.
No civilians are allowed in DMC, if they do come in they are to be escorted out. People are allowed to use the mining terminals, but only if they go through the ‘Mining’-node. When they are done, they are to be escorted to Entry. If the officers guarding DMC come as across as harsh, please realise that this is our prison, and our only one.
Patrolmen may only stay in ‘Entry’, if you venture beyond it, you will be breaking DMC rules and will be punished accordingly. Once you are rank 2, you will be allowed to guard both ‘Entry’ and ‘Mining’ nodes. The so called ‘level 3’-door, which connects the inside to the outside of the prison, may only be guarded by Detectives or higher ranks.
For more information on the regulations of DMC, view these posts.
GDS Yukon The GDS Yukon is the FDC’s base of operations. Please do not go there unless you actually have a reason to be there, stay away from the coded doors, and follow FDC instructions at all times. Only FDC and LED are able to buy tickets there, other factions cannot. If a person from another faction is on the Yukon, he or she has been sold a ticket by a FDC or LED. Doing so, is highly illegal and since there are way to track who did this, don’t even think about doing it.
Espero q os sirva de ayuda
Un saludo a todos
